My name is Sahar Saghezchi and I am the  founder of Cupertino Facial Esthetics & The Cakery Infusions Wellness Lounge & Medspa. My background in plastic surgery is where I gained the knowledge and experience to open my own practice with Dr. Sean Parsa.

Working alongside renowned plastic surgeons, and learning business from my father, Accredited Cosmetic Dentist, Dr. Sage, I was given the opportunity to learn from my mentors throughout my 17 year career. My specialty has always been focused on the consultation, the relationships I build with patients during and after their visit, educating patients, assessing them, and openly and honestly providing them all of their surgical and non surgical options.

 

Making treatment recommendations and treatment plans was a plus, but creating the connection was really what stuck for me as a business owner and provider. After owning Cupertino Facial Esthetics for 6 years,  and leading every consultation in the practice, I made the jump to go back to school and place myself on the clinical side of the practice, something I had wanted to do for years.  I was able to take this leap when I did, because my practice was established, my staff was well trained and we had policies and procedures in place for a seamless system. My passion for esthetics and educating is something that has been within me since I was a child.  As a speaker and member of The American Medspa Association, I not only get to educate attendees on these topics, but continue learning from other experts and mentors. Learning and continued education never ends. 

My goal is to offer businesses, medical esthetics practice's, physicians, nurses, and support staff the ability and tools  to feel confident when speaking to patients, identify their patients, convert them, and increase revenue. Understanding the importance of a consultation, both from the clinical  and relationship front is why we are here, and without proper training and tools, a successful business can not grow.
