The AesthetiX Mentorship Program was created for aesthetic providers seeking more than a traditional training course. Designed as an immersive three-month experience, this program combines hands-on clinical education with consultation mastery, treatment planning, patient assessment, and real-world practice management. Led by Sahar Saghezchi, Consultation and Treatment Planning Specialist and Business Specialist, and Nicolle Morazan, MSN, FNP-C, experienced aesthetic injector and provider, this mentorship focuses on developing well-rounded aesthetic professionals who understand not only how to perform treatments, but how to evaluate patients, create customized treatment plans, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional outcomes. Participants will gain direct access to both mentors through didactic education, shadowing opportunities, hands-on training with models, and ongoing support. Topics include consultation mastery, facial assessment, anatomy, treatment selection, patient communication, complication prevention, treatment planning, and creating an elevated patient experience. Unlike many trainings that focus solely on technique, this mentorship emphasizes the complete patient journey, from the initial consultation through treatment execution and long-term patient retention. Our goal is to provide providers with the confidence, critical thinking skills, and clinical foundation necessary to build a successful, ethical, and patient-centered aesthetic practice. This is a 3 month program which includes 3 hands on injectable trainings, 6 shadow days, and 4 didactic courses. You will receive a certificate of completion, as well as our AesthetiX Training Consultation & Injectable Framework Handbook.
